- King Arthur Baking Company Adjustable Cake Strips conduct heat evenly to prevent cakes from doming, cracking, and overbaking
- Made from polyester, cotton, and Velcro; free from BPA and PFAS; heat safe (to 400-degrees Fahrenheit); set of 2; each measures 32 x 1.5 x 0.11-inches
- Bake flat cakes for easy icing, decorating, and layering without shaving away the top surface; includes 2 bands to bake 2 cakes at once
- Adjustable Velcro closure is easy to attach and remove; fits straight-sided cake pans (8 and 9-inch round); not intended for direct flame exposure
- Soak strips 15 minutes, squeeze out excess water, and secure around cake pans before baking; allow to cool completely before removing; wipe clean
